The Coach and Horses is an historic country pub in Cheshire set within beautiful  countryside in the village of Timbersbrook near Congleton. The pub has amazing views over the Cheshire plains. The Coach and Horses is affectionately known locally as “The Fair House”  as the local fair took place at this location in the 19th century. The pub has a friendly atmosphere and is frequented by countryside ramblers, visitors to the area and of course the local ‘regulars’.

The pub and restaurant is run by Carol and Mike McCann (and their dog, Sam) who took over from the previous tenants in November 2014. Mike and Carol are committed to serving the finest cask ales, wines and locally sourced food on their frequently changing seasonal menu. It is their intention to create the best pub in Cheshire!
